Eliza & The Delusionals have announced a national tour in support of their impending second album, Make It Feel Like The Garden.
The beloved indie-rockers will kick the five-date stint off in Sydney (Eora) on Friday August 2, taking to the stage at the underground Oxford Art Factory. They’ll head to Melbourne (Naarm) next, playing Howler on the following night (August 3), before rolling on to Adelaide (Kaurna) and Perth (Boorloo) for back-to-back shows at Jive and Jack Rabbit Slims, respectively, on Friday August 9 and Saturday 10. And lastly, they’ll play The Triffid in Brisbane (Meanjin) on Friday August 16.
Tickets for all five shows go on sale at 10am local time this Friday (June 14), following a presale that kicks off at the same time tomorrow (June 13) – head here for more info on both sales.
Make It Feel Like The Garden is primed for release on July 19 via Cooking Vinyl, following up on their breakthrough 2020 album Now And Then. Thus far, Eliza & The Delusionals have previewed the new record with two singles: the title track arrived first in March, followed by Falling For You last month.
The album as a whole is positively enormous, spanning 18 tracks including five interludes and one song with a reprise. The as-yet-unreleased track Lately also features guest spots from Brian Aubert and Silversun Pickups.
