The Brissy band will set off for four dates with their mates this September and October
The party apparently never stops for Dune Rats.
Despite having been on the road and in the air for the past six months on a massive world tour in support of their ARIA #1 album, The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit, the beloved Brissy trio have now lined up another four-date headline run at home in September and October.
Joined by US mates Wavves as well as fellow Aussie faves Hockey Dad and WAAX, the Dunies will start their upcoming string of shows at Adelaide's HQ with an all-ages outing on Wednesday 27 September, heading on to Melbourne and Sydney — which is also an all-ages show, on the eve of a public holiday no less — before closing out with what's sure to be a massive homecoming in their stomping ground of Brisbane, making their mark at iconic venue The Tivoli on Friday 6 October.
"When we've played these monster rooms previously, it was opening for Violent Soho or The Hives," the band marvelled in a statement. "Now getting booked to do them as headliner and doing it with not just Wavves, but our good mates Hockey Dad and fellow Brissy lords WAAX, is a complete mind-fuck.
