While local producer Luude climbs the Singles Chart with his Men At Work remix.
Angus Stone has soared into the ARIA Albums Chart with his new Dope Lemon album, Rose Pink Cadillac.
His fifth solo album - and third under the Dope Lemon moniker – has debuted at #2, blocked from the top spot by The Weeknd’s surprise album, Dawn FM, which marks the Canadian singer-songwriter’s fourth #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
Rose Pink Cadillac is Stone’s third solo album to debut at #2, following on from Broken Brights in 2012 and Smooth Big Cat in 2019.
While Stone wasn’t quite able to claim #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, Rose Pink Cadillac is #1 on the Vinyl Albums and Australian Albums charts.
Over on the Singles Chart, Aussie producer Luude makes a massive leap up to #19 with his global hit remix of Down Under featuring Colin Hay. The single debuted last week at #48.

Since its release in November, it’s received more than 10 million streams across platforms, been added to some massive playlists, hit #1 on New Zealand Shazam (also #4 in the UK, #11 in Australia and #124 on the Global Chart), soared up to #32 on the UK Singles Chart and is receiving airplay across the globe from BBC Radio 1 and more.
Speaking with The Music this week, Luude said the success of the track has been “insane”.
“I was actually in isolation with cancelled shows when I released it, and the streams had started going crazy, doesn’t feel real still, to be honest," he said.
“I just made it for a bit of fun while trying to remix songs that are really far away from Drum and Bass then trying to make them work.”
