Three epic lineups of diverse and heavy music to hit Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney in January, including The Chainsaw Hookers and King Parrot.
It's been four long years since the boutique heavy music festival Devil's Kitchen launched its last assault on Australian eardrums.
But with three epic lineups of stoner, metal, punk and psych just announced for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, Devil's Kitchen is back with a vengeance, bringing in a filthy swag of the country's finest and loudest underground music.
Some of the more notable bands on this year's roster include brutal grind merchants King Parrot, Perth riffmasters The Chainsaw Hookers, underground punk rock stalwarts Nunchukka Superfly and cult stonerdoomfuzzprog quintent Adrift For Days. The full national lineup also includes:
Mammoth Mammoth, Wicked City, BMX-RAY, Kids of Zoo, Clagg, River of Snakes, My Left Boot, The Sure Fire Midnights, Bodies, Don Fernando, Agonhymn, Winterun, We Are Gamma, Mother Mars, Arrowhead, Bloody Kids, Battle Pope, Witch Fight, Yanomamo, Fort, Giants Of Science, Shellfin, The Blackwater Fever, The Smokestack Orchestra, Death Valley Nights, Ironside, F1-Elevens, Dead End Kings, Slow Riots, Sons Of The Soil and The Stone Fox.
