The troubadour extends his final run of shows for 2015 by another five dates
Singer-songwriter Dan Kelly is poised to play an additional five dates across the country as he shops new album Leisure Panic on his current national tour.
Kelly adds to his existing run of shows with further scheduled appearances in Abbotsford (Shadow Electric, 26 November), Newtown (Newtown Social, November 29) and Mullumbimby (11 December) as well as Brisbane (Junk Bar, 13 December) and South Australia’s Here’s To Now Festival (2 January).
Leisure Panic was last week’s feature album on Double J announced as one of the further five longlist selections for the Australian Music Prize of 2015 stacked on top of a host of positive reviews on the album with Sydney Morning Herald including Kelly in their list of '10 Australian musicians you should be listening to right now'.
Kelly’s sweet guitar strums and romantic lyricism have landed him gigs around the world and his upcoming live shows will further his opportunity to showcase the new record backed up with his plentiful list of memorable hits from Dan Kelly’s Dream, Drowning In The Fountain Of Youth and Sing The Tabloid Blues.

To spice the tour even further, Kelly’s soon-to-drop second single Everything’s Amazing will be a part of the set list. The pop-gem is a stab at an electro-Morrissey romanticism, featuring Memphis Kelly in the second verse.
