CMC Rocks’ 2025 event is set to light up Willowbank from March 21 to 23 with three massive headliners: Cody Johnston, Jon Pardi, and Thomas Rhett.
No stranger to Aussie audiences after opening for Luke Combs’ arena dates in 2023, Cody Johnson is ready for top billing with his 2021 hit Til You Can’t quickly becoming a classic in the great American songbook.
Jon Pardi first hit Aussie shores in 2019 with Brett Eldredge, playing metro arenas and Winton’s Way Out West Fest. He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry last year after a surprise invitation from Alan Jackson and has recently dropped the first taste of his upcoming album with Friday Night Heartbreaker.
Thomas Rhett previously played CMC Rocks in 2019 and released his latest album, About A Woman, just a fortnight ago. He has 22 American #1 country hits and is one of the most decorated artists in American country today.
The American onslaught doesn’t stop there, with Cole Swindell, Billy Currington, Koe Wetzel, Muscadine Bloodline, Whyatt Flores, Kashus Culpepper and Alana Springsteen among the artists taking the trip down under.

The Aussie contingent is headed by Travis Collins, while Lane Pittman, Zac & George, Max Jackson, Amy Sheppard, Sinead Burgess, Abbie Ferris, Imogen Clark, The Buckleys, Denvah and Vixens of Fall will all grace the CMC stage, many for the first time.
Chairman of Chugg Entertainment, Michael Chugg, said: “CMC Rocks QLD continues to set the standard as THE place the country community comes together each year to celebrate with friends old and new. It’s a tradition we’re very proud of, an experience that transcends age, time and boundaries, and we’re excited to deliver yet another stellar lineup–featuring returning stars alongside some amazing first-time talent–for our community to enjoy in 2025.”
Festival Director Jeremy Dylan said, “We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make CMC Rocks QLD 2025 the biggest one yet– the best experience for our community of CMC Rocks fans and a blockbuster lineup full of the superstars of today and tomorrow. We can’t wait to be back in Ipswich next March to share this weekend with you.”
Festival favourites including the Songwriters Show, the eight metre cowboy boot and Big Time Charlies make a return along with DJs including Peking Duk’s Reuben Styles as Y.O.G.A, DJ Konsky and Dee Jaye Bux to keep the party rolling into the small hours.
Tickets for CMC Rocks are on sale at 10 am AEST on Thursday, September 11, from axs.com.au.
