Chet Faker has certainly marked his return with this impressive performance on The Ellen Show.
The Australian artist - real name Nick Murphy - performed on the show overnight, sharing his latest single, Low.

Murphy announced the return of his Chet Faker project late last year after inking a new label deal with BMG.
“For Nick Murphy to bring the Chet Faker project back to life and trust the BMG team in his home market to execute this surprise return is a great honour," said BMG Australia & New Zealand managing director Heath Johns at the time.
Under the Chet Faker moniker, Murphy took out five ARIA Awards - Best Male Artist, Best Independent Release, Best Cover Artist, Engineer of the Year and Producer of the Year - for his 2014 debut album, Built On Glass.

The album also saw Murphy top the 2014 triple j Hottest 100 with Talk Is Cheap, while also claiming #7 with Gold, #8 with 1998 and #21 with his cover of (Lover) You Don't Treat Me No Good from Like A Version.
Murphy made his US television debut appearance on Ellen back in 2015.
