Will Cher and Alexander Edwards make a good team?

Cher is working on new music, but she’s not doing it alone - she’s working with her boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards, an executive at Def Jam Recordings and a producer.
As E! reports, Cher and Edwards were spotted on a date in November and attended the Grammy Awards party a few weeks ago.
During a new interview with E! at the Carol Burnett: 90 Years of Laughter + Love taping, the Believe singer said, “I'm going to England to make two albums. Some of the songs Alexander gave me, so I'm pretty excited about that. He's a producer and a writer and he does everything, so I'm happy about that.”
She added that fans don’t need to worry about the quality of music, noting that “I think like any artist, when you've got something good, you're excited.”
So far, we have no hints as to what her new music will sound like, just the confirmation that she’s working on it.

As well as making her own music, Cher will feature on Dolly Parton’s upcoming Rock Star album in a presently unannounced track.
“If I’m going to be in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, I better do something to earn it," Parton recently told the panel on The View. "So I’m doing a rock ‘n’ roll album and I’m having a lot of the rock stars that I met that night be on the album with me."
Cher last toured in Australia in October 2018. The Music’s review summarised that, “By the set's end, the general consensus among many was that Cher is only getting better with age, something you'd be hard pressed to argue during the execution of set closers If I Could Turn Back Time and Believe.
“With a mixed bag of classic Cher hits and covers alongside anecdotes and TV/film clips on the big screen, the Here We Go Again Tour summed up her legacy perfectly in only a couple of hours.”
