The pair's upcoming roadshow just got a little bigger.
Carl Cox & Eric Powell's upcoming Mobile Disco tour would have been spectacle enough with just the two dance music legends and their friends in 12-piece acid-jazz heroes Incognito, but now they've gone and added a handful of new acts to the line-up for the four-date run this October and November.
The roster will now be further esteemed by the presence of British singer Melanie Williams, who will perform a classic Sub Sub hit on which she featured, Ain't No Love, Ain't No Use, alongside other favourites.
The show will also feature appearances from Back In My Life scribe Joe Roberts and Powell's old bandmate from his days in Manchester group Sweet Mercy, Eric Gooden, the pair working together — with artists including Williams and Roberts — on hits such as Take Me Away, Happy Days and Reach Out.
Carl Cox & Eric Powell's Mobile Disco kicks off in Brisbane on Saturday 28 October, with additional dates in Mornington, Wisemans Ferry and McLaren Vale.
