Bury Tomorrow Announce 2023 Australian Tour

British metalcore titans Bury Tomorrow haven't visited our shores in a long time. After eight years, the band is finally returning on a massive headline tour.

Promoting their upcoming seventh album, The Seventh Sun, set for release on 31 March 2023, the Man On Fire band are coming to Australia in October 2023. The tour begins in Perth at the Amplifier Bar on Friday, 13 October. 

Then the six-piece will head to Adelaide's Jive Bar on Saturday, 14 October, and Melbourne's Stay Gold on Sunday, 15 October, before two dates in New South Wales. Bury Tomorrow will hit Crowbar in Sydney and Newcastle Hotel on Thursday, 19 October and Friday, 20 October. The band wraps up the tour in Brisbane at The Brightside on Saturday, 21 October.

While we didn't love the band's last album, Cannibal, released in 2020, we did say that it was pretty good. 

"It's in their instrumentals where Bury Tomorrow excels, writing catchy and head-moving guitar grooves that take the lead in most songs. Choke, the album's opener is a prime example of this strength. This sees Bury Tomorrow at their near-heaviest, with grooves that build a high-energy atmosphere. Voice & Truth follows a similar formula whilst being even heavier than the opening track, with its Slipknot-esque breakdowns and two beautiful, sweeping guitar solos.
