Bring Me The Horizon Delay Next 'Post Human' Album As They're Not Happy With It
"We can’t give a new date just yet but just know it’s close…"

In June, Bring Me The Horizon revealed the release date for part two of their Post Human album series, with NeX Gen announced to be released on Friday, 15 September, via Sony Music Australia and RCA.
Yesterday (24 August), however, the band announced that date has been indefinitely postponed as they’re not content with the release yet.
Taking to Instagram, vocalist Oli Sykes issued a statement that says “unforeseen circumstances” have gotten in the way of putting out an album the band would be happy with.
Unfortunately for fans who had been waiting for the release and were looking forward to coloured vinyl landing on their doorsteps next month, the band haven’t set a new release date.
However, they have shared the completed album art, courtesy of artist Alissic. You can view the album art and read Sykes’ statement below.
so I got some bad news… nex gen won’t be coming September 15th. unforeseen circumstances rendered us unable to complete the record to the standard we’d be happy with. I was hoping despite the setbacks we could pull it off in time for you guys but there’s still so many little details I want to be perfect and until it’s nailed I’m just not willing to give it to you guys. On the former, AmEN! is the band’s heaviest outing in years, anchored by wicked production values and a ferocity that's been missing in Bring Me The Horizon tracks over the last few years.
The combination of Bring Me The Horizon, Lil Uzi Vert and Palumbo is an unlikely one, but it sees Oli Sykes screaming again alongside Palumbo’s screeches and buzzsaw guitars.
