The two-weekend-long event fuses food, music, wine and good old-fashioned fun.
The Bella Vista Farm Park — in Sydney's Norwest — will come alive with music, food and wine fans over two weekends in February when the Get Your Groove On concert series hits the area for an outdoor experience par excellence.
Each Saturday of the event will feature live music from some of the country's best-known artists, including headliners Birds Of Tokyo with British India, Tenderfoot and Sevsons on the first date and Pete Murray with Thirsty Merc, Andy Golledge Band and Hiaground on the second.
Get Your Groove On is the brainchild of the folks at Sound Addiction Event Management, who have spent years refining their offerings in the Hunter Valley, with the company's Grant Smith saying in a statement that he and his colleagues "decided it was time to bring a little Hunter Valley cool to Sydney".
"Get Your Groove On is all about indulgence in a fun and relaxed atmosphere," he said. "Think Hunter Valley wine, boutique beers, amazing foods, massage stations, dancing on the grass, lights in the trees, tarot reading, funky stalls, great A-list music and lots, lots more.
