"There was one moment where there was an argument backstage and one member, in particular, threw me up a wall."

More One Direction More One Direction

It's impossible to assume that One Direction, a group of adolescent boys put together by game show host was entirely smooth sailing. Many of the members have individually refused to answer questions about the band since moving on, until now, with Liam Payne hopping on the Logan Paul Podcast for a tell all interview about some of the members.

In the interview Payne held nothing back, revealing his true feelings about some of the members holding nothing back.

"It was well-known within the band that I don't like taking shit," Payne began the interview, which means it was only going to go one way.

He begins to tell a story that involved violence from an undisclosed member of the band, telling the story, "There was one moment where there was an argument backstage and one member, in particular, threw me up a wall. So I said to him, 'If you don't remove those hands there's a high likelihood you'll never use them again.'"

He then continues to hint at his feuds with Zayn Malik, discussing his past controversies, including when he allegedly shoved his ex-partner Gigi Hadid's mother during an argument.

In a reference to a tweet from Gigi, he said, "She tweeted something about get yourself a respectful man or something. That one didn't age very well," in reference to the aforementioned controversy.

He continued saying, "there are many reasons why I dislike Zayn. There are many reasons why I'll always, always be on his side. If I had had to go through what he went through – with his growth and whatever else... My parents are overly supportive to the point where it's annoying at times. Zayn had a different upbringing in that sense."

He also described how he and Louis Tomlinson hated each other, throughout their time as fellow band members, describing him as "wild."

"Louis was wild. He wanted to be wild. He's got this spirit."

He also controversially went on to address that he had the most success following the band, describing his debut solo single, Strip That Down, as "[outselling] everybody within the band."

This was obviously incorrect, with other songs from Harry Styles and Zayn Malik surpassing the track with over a billion streams.
