Featuring Ngaiire, Mojo Juju, Emma Donovan & The Putbacks, Henry Wagons & The Only Children
The first details of the eighth iteration of the Australasian Worldwide Music Expo (AWME) has been unveiled today, with a killer line-up of blues and roots musicians taking to the stages across three days in Melbourne.
As always, the annual industry event features a barrage of music industry speakers, live music showcases and a conference program of both Australian and international music industry execs.
This year's AWME, due to take place from 12 to 14 November, will feature the best of Melbourne — including soul crooner Mojo Juju, eccentric showman Henry Wagons & The Only Children, funk sextet Emma Donovan & The Putbacks, Latino outfit Quarter Street, folk rocker Mick Thomas, neo-soul songstress Ngaiire, alt-country singer/songwriter Ruby Boots, electronic/dub group OKA, dub/reggae act Kingfisha, troubadour Archer and guitarist and songwriter Thomas Oliver.
Amid all the networking sessions and panels, the gigs will take place between Arts Centre Melbourne, Max Watt's, Shebeen, The Toff and Ding Dong.
