'The Last Leg' is nominated.
Homegrown funnyman Adam Hills' show The Last Leg has scored a 2019 BAFTA Awards nomination in the Comedy Entertainment Programme category.
It’s not the first time the British Academy of Film and Television Arts has highlighted the Australian comic, with Hills picking up two nominations for The Last Leg back in 2017.
As TV Tonight reports, The Last Leg is up against The Big Narstie Show, hosted by Grime legend Big Narstie and comedian Mo Gilligan, British sports-based comedy panel game show A League Of Their Own, and Rob Brydon’s BBC One show Would I Lie to You?.
Also scoring nominations this year are Louis Theroux for Altered States, Black Mirror hit Bandersnatch, and Bros documentary After The Screaming Stops.
This year's winners will be unveiled on May 12.
