Shooters, Cocktails and Cavil Ave. The holy trinity of stag nights.
5 Seconds of Summer have had a career that most Aussie bands can only dream of. Touring the world, creating music in LA and living every day like it's one big party.
Since their first self-titled release in 2014, with hits like She Looks So Perfect and Amnesia, the boys have climbed the ranks to reach superstardom. Now, eight years later and releasing their fifth studio album titled 5SOS5, the band are in a different stage of their life and have come up with a new mature pop sound that reflects their new outlook.
Chatting to Fitzy & Wippa on Nova this morning about their new record, Ashton and Luke also dished on how they've moved out of the party life, with Luke admitting he got engaged in the pandemic. After some cheering and congratulatory behaviour, the boys quickly got talking about the most important part of a man's wedding journey; the Bachelor Party.
Ashton, drummer of 5SOS, slyly commented that he was planning to throw a stag night for Luke on the Gold Coast.

"Shooters, Cocktails and dreams!" Fitzy shouted before asking Ashton if he'd like some help with planning the bucks, which Ashton graciously accepted.
Despite the rambunctious planning, the two members of 5SOS claimed that they're no longer big partiers despite living in Los Angeles, admitting that they keep things pretty low-key nowadays. Luke sealed the deal by confessing, "My phone is a ghost town."
Hopefully, the boys will make an exception for one night on Cavil Ave.
5SOS will be back in Australia in late November to tour their new album 5SOS5, which is out now.
