USER create a sound inspired by electronic, post punk and goth pop soundtracks.
USER are excited to bring their third album “MIRA IMPOSTA” launch show to Sydney.
MIRA IMPOSTA digs deep into the collective USER minds reflecting on an untimely 2am loss, romantic death marches, how far you can take your hate, sexy spy thrillers and the worship of the late David Lynch.
Their live shows are sonically and visually spectacular. Once described by a punter as “Imagine Portishead being whipped by Trent Reznor (NIN), that’s what you get with USER”.
With very special guests:
Fabels Fabels make transcendental, atmospheric music on another plane. A two piece that play original, experimental, progressive, dreamscape music with dynamic arrangements. Their performance is often coloured by projections which enhance the intensity and melody of their unique sound.
Cub Callaway (solo)Callaway has a solid history in the Australian rock music scene and has worked in various capacities with iconic bands such as the Saints and the Triffids.
$15 pre sale, $20 on the night.
Heaps of merch available on the night, including vinyl copies of MIRA IMPOSTA each with a different cover to pay homage to albums that inspired the band. In true USER style they have up-cycled, reused and remade all individual covers. There is also 3 vinyl colour variants using upcycled vinyl materials.
