Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

Guide Dogs:
Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre.
Hearing Loop:
The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.
Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.
Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
