Come join Camino gold for their Sweet Pea tour, joining them will be Left Cassette and Colleen AvenueAustralian rockers Camino Gold first emerged as a concept born out of a series of jam sessions between singer-songwriter Claude Bailey and lead guitarist Marcus Velarde. Following a successful initial run of live gigs, it wasn’t long before the duo saw an opportunity to blossom into a full-fledged band. Drummer James Bowman joined the band, and shortly thereafter the band was completed by the addition of bassist Jordan Banning. The band’s chemistry and potential was undeniable from then on — and the rest, as they say, was history.

Bridging the gap between the Australian Surf Coast, California and Brooklyn with their laid-back, dreamy signature sound, Camino Gold blur the lines between indie-pop and surf rock, taking them on a vibrant sonic detour via legendary influences from Sticky Fingers to The Strokes and beyond. Each track underscored by Claude’s profound lyrics, which resonate with the highs and lows of young adult life in an upside-down world, the band have quickly earned themselves a place in the hearts of a diverse and growing fanbase since their 2019 foundation.
