Remi teams up with Sampa for a track straight out of his upcoming album, Divas and Demons..
Remi and Sampa the Great are two talents taking the Australian music scene by storm. In recent times, Remi has supported De La Soul, Danny Brown, Vic Mensa and Damon Albarn to name a few, performing sell-out shows off the back of his 2014 release, Raw x Infinity. Now teaming up for with Sampa for his upcoming album with Sensible J, Divas and Demons, they've shared a stunning, Afrobeat-inspired single titled For Good. The collaboration also sees Hiatus Kaiyote's Simon Mavin on keys, with James Ruse taking the reigns as director for the clip. Lyrically, the track tells a story personal to Remi, as he explains: "The inspiration behind the song is mad basic. I was a scandalous prick, and I wanted to outline how it went down and how it effected everyone involved. The best way to do this was to have both the male and female perspective."
