"We tried to keep a straight face."
An hour before filming their latest music video, indie-pop trio Stonefox were raiding op shops across Melbourne for lamps, an endeavour that vocalist Jenna Russo told The Music was “totally worth it" after seeing the final result.
Premiering today via The Music, the new clip for Time channels the song's contemplative, philosophical tones into a visual format.
"One of the most memorable moments from the shoot was watching the video assistant Anton off-screen furiously clicking the power points and switches on and off as we tried to keep a straight face,” Russo said.
"We think he did a stella 10/10 job and his background as a DJ really came in handy and helped him find the groove.”
Time is the second single from the band’s forthcoming EP, which is expected to drop in August.
