VIDEO PREMIERE: CLYPSO - 'Beyond Desire' Feat Bobby Singh

Sydney producer and vocalist CLYPSO releases her debut EP Cameo today and we have the exclusive premiere of Beyond Desire's animated video here at theMusic.com.au.

The track itself is an emotive ballad that floats magically along, putting the tabla front and centre thanks to a "dream" collaboration with ARIA Award-winning world music artist Bobby Singh.

"I heard Bobby’s playing on a couple of Australian records and have been a fan ever since. When I wrote Beyond Desire I added the tabla samples but wished one day it would be him playing! Bobby’s soulful playing is exactly what the song needed, so it was amazing that he said yes and also that I got to sit in the session to see him record... it was phenomenal." CLYPSO said of the collaboration.
