Sampa the Great is making her triumphant return to Australia with a free, all-ages Afrofusion gig at Fed Square.

If you're in Melbourne this Saturday, mark your calendars because Fed Square is about to turn into a pulsating hub of Afrofusion beats as Sampa the Great takes the stage for a free, all-ages live music event on February 24th.
Sampa, or Sampa Tembo as she's known offstage, is a force to be reckoned with. Originally from Zambia and having called Australia home from 2014 to 2020, she's a four-time ARIA award-winning artist who's been making waves globally.

Her second album, As Above, So Below, dropped in 2022, and now she's back to grace us with her energy and artistry at Fed Square.
On top of Sampa’s performance, the lineup is also set to be stacked with talent, featuring Brotha Asanti & Soulectric, Elsy Wameyo, The Tony Allen Experience, and Kofi Shabba of African Dance Star.

To add to the fun, thanks to Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters, you can grab a pre-concert drink at the Patio Bar or pick up a cheese platter or some artisan-cured meats to enjoy during the show.
Fed Square is setting itself up to be the place for live music and outdoor cinema this summer. From silent films with live scores on Tuesdays to outdoor cinema on Wednesdays and live music by candlelight on Thursdays, they've got Melburnian’s entertainment covered.
Live music Saturdays at Fed Square are also set to be a treat, showcasing a mix of local and international artists on the Main Stage.
