Watch the Melbourne-based artists infectiously feel good track before its release this Friday..
A while back we were introduced to Melbourne-based artist Tentendo and his sensational grooves. Fast forward five years and his catalogue of dance driven soul-filled tracks are not going unnoticed by any means, his knack for capturing perfect dancefloor tracks combined with a meticulous attention to detail giving him the opportunity to share stages with the likes of FKJ, Pomo and Joe Kay. Inspired heavily by the soulection/RnB movement, Tentendo releases his latest single Ride, a track made in collaboration with fellow Australian artist R.ICO. out this Friday - and premiering today on Pilerats.
With Tentendo’s trademark shuffled grooved and funky bass-lines providing a solid foundation, Ride radiates an infectiously good feel, sporting slick production - that’s definitely worth a listen in stereo, with smooth low vocals that effortlessly guide you through the tracks two minute and thirty-five second length.
To accompany the release comes a music video directed by 76M Films. It’s part of a series of visuals imagined by Tentendo himself, this particular one following the narrative of an alien’s journey to find acceptance and understanding through the appropriate medium of dance.
