Luke MillionAfter his single Inhale feat. Ebenezer once again slayed dancefloors and radiowaves last year, Duke Dumont has been busy dropping a couple of remix packs for it, and the latest is a winner. Alongside the likes of TCTS, MXXWLL, Moon Willis, The Tribe of Good and Tom & Collins, disco deviant Luke Million has worked his magic on what the man behind the original calls one of his favourite takes.
To mark the occasion, we asked Luke Million for a few of his own favourite remixes, and boy there's some heat down below:
SCOTT GROOVES - Mothership Reconnection (Daft Punk Remix)
Out of the few remixes that Daft Punk have done, this one is my favourite. It is kind of a remix of a remix and I love how they mess with the beat before finally dropping some dancefloor gold.
FRIENDLY FIRES - Paris feat. Au Revoir Simone (Aeroplane Remix)
Aeroplane took the original from Dance-Rock into the world of Nu Disco and even replaced the original vocals making it almost a 'cover' version. End result is the perfect summer pool party vibe.
MARIAH CAREY - Fantasy (Ol’ Dirty Bastard Remix)
This one is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. Always puts me in a happy place.
TENSNAKE - Coma Cat (Round Table Knights Remix)
The way this rolls along and builds is amazing. It's a deeper take on the original but it punches hard as on a club system.
HAYDEN JAMES - Something About You (Odesza Remix)
I love how they use the original unprocessed vocal and that first drop is sublime. The vibes are at an all time high.
