Which acts are on your must-see list at BIGSOUND? Oooh, so many. Cry Club, Electric Fields, Party Dozen, First Beige, Japanese Wallpaper, Love Deluxe, Dream Coast, Tasman Keith – it goes on. It's going to be a nightmare making my timetable!

Why should people come and see you among the many amazing bands at BIGSOUND? We've got a stack of new songs, a new show, and it's gonna be a good time.

What music trends do you think are dominating right now, and do you have any predictions for the coming year? Definitely a lo-fi, minimalist Billie Eilish vibe, and more guitar samples in pop and hip hop.

In your career to date, what have been the key watershed moments? Getting played on the radio is always the best feeling, being booked on line-ups with Hatchie, Jack River and Donny Benet, getting to play BIGSOUND... and we just finished tracking our first album!

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? How to play, party and be fresh for meetings the next morning.

What do you identify as the most pressing issue impacting the Australian music industry at present? Pushing for more Aussie artists to be played on commercial stations, avoiding bias when curating line-ups and mental health support for all industry workers.

What is the best bit of advice you've been given to prepare for your time at BIGSOUND? Rest is crucial to nailing your BIGSOUND performance, and learn to mingle and not hide from strangers at industry gatherings. I'm pretty bad at both of these haha.
