The band will be playing songs from last year’s acclaimed The Dream album as well as faves from their back catalogue.
After postponing their 2022 Australian/New Zealand shows, the wait for down under alt-J fans to see the band live once again is nearly over, with the rescheduled tour finally upon us and kicking off in Auckland next week on Tuesday, April 18, before hitting Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, as well as being part of the national Groovin’ The Moo tour.
With four studio albums released over the decade between 2012 and 2022, these shows will be the first chance Australian audiences have had to soak up songs from their latest album The Dream live.
Playing GTM as well as their own shows, many Aussie alt-J fans will have the opportunity to catch the band in festival mode as well as headlining mode in what is sure to be two different yet equally dope shows.
